The name has a story.

Swift Current is a glacial lake in Glacier National Park, Montana — a place that stayed with our founder long after the trip in 2010. When the time came to name the company, it came back immediately.

Swift — speed, momentum, forward motion. Current — the fundamental force at the heart of every electric vehicle. The logo is a three-phase sine wave: the heartbeat of a 3-phase motor.

SwiftCurrent® is a registered word mark. SwiftCurrent Technologies is the company name.

Our Story
Built from conviction,
not a plan.

SwiftCurrent® began in 2016 with one belief — that electric mobility in India was inevitable — and the discipline to act on it before the market was ready.

Before SwiftCurrent, Tanay spent nearly a decade in the US — protocol stack engineering at Motorola, LTE base station work at PureWave Networks, and contributing to OTFS technology first prototypes at Cohere Technologies.

Today SwiftCurrent is more than an EV company. It is a group of practices built on a decade of real-world building.

Sr. Software Engineer at Motorola (3G/4G stacks), PureWave Networks (LTE), then Cohere Technologies — OTFS first prototypes.

SwiftCurrent® founded

Returned to India. Founded SwiftCurrent Technologies. Argon Mobility brand launched for EV two-wheelers.

2021

Bynaric Systems

CSO (Special Projects). Led SapienKid edtech from inception to MVP. Brand naming strategy: Vishnu Mangal Technologies → Bynaric.

2024

Hark AI launched in beta. SwiftConsult and SwiftCurrent Creative formalised as distinct practices.
